1. General Policy

At IKAM Green Solutions LLC, we take pride in the quality of our biodegradable packaging. Each product is made in-house using recycled materials, and we carefully inspect every order before it leaves our facility.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind or buyer error. However, we do accept returns or offer refunds in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was confirmed in writing.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with visible damage, or if the packaging was compromised in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund:

• Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage

We will review your claim and offer one of the following:
• A full replacement at no cost
• A partial or full refund, depending on the issue
• A credit toward your next order

Please do not discard the damaged packaging or products until we confirm your refund or replacement.

3. Return Conditions

Approved returns must meet these conditions:
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging (if applicable)
• The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or sent in error

Returns without prior written approval will not be accepted.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
• Custom or branded packaging
• Special production runs or made-to-order items
• Pre-orders once they have been confirmed and shipped (unless defective)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned goods (if applicable).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference and our agreement.
