All confirmed orders are processed during standard business hours:
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST,

excluding holidays.
 

   •    For in-stock items, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.
 

   •    Pre-orders placed before October 1, 2025 will begin shipping in late October 2025, in the order they were received.

 

Customers will receive email confirmation once an order is processed, with tracking information when available.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

 

We use trusted delivery carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and regional freight companies depending on the size and destination of the order.

 

Estimated delivery times:
   •    Standard shipments: 3–7 business days after dispatch
   •    Freight or bulk orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or carrier delays.

   •    Delivery location
   •    Shipping method

 

Final shipping fees will be communicated during the quote or order confirmation process.

 

In some cases, shipping charges may be invoiced separately for large or custom orders.

5. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

 

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description.
We will work with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

6. Pre-Orders & Delivery Timeline (2025 Launch)

 

If you placed a pre-order for our biodegradable packaging (April–October 2025):
   •    Your order will ship starting October 2025
   •    No payment is required at the time of pre-order
   •    You will be contacted to confirm order details and shipping before dispatch
